Dumpster rentals
Junk removal and cleanup services
Commercial and residential waste hauling
Construction site or bulk debris removal
All services are subject to availability and area coverage.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from S Source Carting LLC, including:
Booking confirmations and schedule reminders
Delivery/pickup ETA updates
Service rescheduling or delays
Promotions or limited-time offers (optional)
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate property or job site access instructions
Avoid placing prohibited items in dumpsters (list available upon request)
Not overload or block access to containers at time of pickup
Comply with local regulations regarding placement or permits
Failure to follow guidelines may result in additional fees.
4. Liability Limitations
S Source Carting LLC is not liable for:
Damage to surfaces caused by dumpster placement (asphalt, lawn, concrete, etc.)
Delays due to weather, access issues, or acts of God
Improper use of the equipment after delivery
Clients are responsible for any fines, towing fees, or property damage caused by misuse.
5. Payments & Cancellations
All payments must be completed before or at the time of service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, service descriptions, and marketing material belong to S Source Carting LLC and may not be reused without written consent.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms posted on our website.
